This special material, pressed under extreme pressure with phenolic resin, uniquely combines the characteristics of natural wood layers with the precision and long-term stability of a synthetic material.By pressing the individual layers, the properties of the wood are transformed: the fibers are rearranged on a molecular level, the density is increased, and the homogeneity is improved — all while maintaining ideal internal damping.
